Leads stay in previous play even after being moved into new play

Overview

You are moving leads into a new play, but they are staying in the previous play. Those leads have been originally enrolled by a robot.

Information

Ensure that the robot enrolling those leads into the original play is not set to repeat. If the robot repeats, then all qualifying records will be re-enrolled into the previous play every time you try to move them into a new play.

To check this setting:

  1. Open the Playbooks Manager application
  2. Click on the Robots tab
  3. Edit the robot that is used to enroll leads into the affected play.
  4. Toggle the switch titled "Allow Action to Repeat".

If you are not an admin or manager, contact your admin or manager to discuss this issue.
