Overview
You are moving leads into a new play, but they are staying in the previous play. Those leads have been originally enrolled by a robot.
Information
Ensure that the robot enrolling those leads into the original play is not set to repeat. If the robot repeats, then all qualifying records will be re-enrolled into the previous play every time you try to move them into a new play.
To check this setting:
- Open the Playbooks Manager application
- Click on the Robots tab
- Edit the robot that is used to enroll leads into the affected play.
- Toggle the switch titled "Allow Action to Repeat".
If you are not an admin or manager, contact your admin or manager to discuss this issue.
