Overview
You want to know if it's possible to add comments to completed Plays, or when a lead is removed from a Play.
Information
By design, there is not a way to add closure comments when a user removes or completes a Play. These comments can be (and usually are) added in Salesforce.
You can contact support and require this feature to be developed through an Enhancement Request.
