Overview
You may want to know how to find a link or attachment from an email that you have sent to a prospect previously.
Solution
There are 3 possible ways to find historical emails that you have sent to your contacts:
- From Playbooks: Open the required contact and click on Activities - all calls and emails that you have sent to the prospect will be displayed and you should be able to find the required email.
- From Email Client: Open your email client (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and search for the required email (e.g., using its subject or name of the attachment) that you have sent to the prospect.
- From CRM: Open the synced Emails section for the corresponding record (e.g. account or contact) in your CRM and search for the required email.
