Overview
You have scheduled an email using SmartSend or by selecting a time manually and want to check it before it is sent out.
Information
- If you have scheduled an AdHoc email using the Click-to-Email feature from your CRM or by clicking on the Email button at the bottom of a record page within a Play, there is no way to check the scheduled email until it is sent out. Once the email is sent, you can view it in the Sent folder in your email app.
- If you have scheduled an email as part of a Play Step (by clicking Send At), you can check it in Playbooks under Menu > Tasks > Automated.
