Overview
You and your teammates aren't able to send emails even while you are connected to the internet. Every time you try to send the emails, a notification (in the form of a red box) comes up and says "unable to send - try again".
Information
To solve this problem, you must update your email by completing the following information:
- Click on the Playbooks menu (on the top right, it will be the Playbooks icon until you put your mouse on it).
- Go to "Settings" then select "Email".
- On the Email page click "Disconnect" which you'll find at the top of the screen by your email address.
- After the email disconnects it should change to say "Connect", click on that to reconnect your email.
