You might want to know if 2 people can email from the same email at the same time if you don't want your customers to have direct email addresses to reply t while different Agents are emailing them.

Information

While there is no way for the username email to match the same username of another, two users can connect to the same email addresses and should be able to send them out. However, it could cause a potential issue with replies if they are using the same email so that would be something to consider.

To do that you would just have the disconnect their email in the settings of the extension and hit connect. When they hit connect they should be able to connect and use the same email.
