Will Tasks Created in SMART Be Enrolled Into Playbooks?

Overview

You have created a number of new Tasks (e.g., calls) in SMART and want to know if they will be enrolled into Playbooks.

Information

As SMART is integrated with Salesforce, Tasks that are created in SMART are imported to Salesforce, from where they can be automatically enrolled into Playbooks via a Robot. 

You can check if there is a robot configured to import Tasks that you created for your team or user into Playbooks from the Robots tab in the Playbooks Manager app (i.e., the tasks that you created must match the criteria configured for one of the existing robots). If you do not have access to the manager app, ask your administrator or manager if there is a robot configured to enroll your specific tasks.

Please note that if you have created a large number of tasks (e.g., several hundreds), it may take a while to enroll all of them into Playbooks. Once tasks are enrolled, users should be able to find them in  Playbooks.
