Salesforce Cloud CRM Contact Record Wouldn't Open after an Inbound Call

Overview

When taking inbound calls in Playbooks you might notice that a corresponding Salesforce Cloud CRM contact record is not being opened when a call reaches you.

Information

This would mean that number calling is unknown or there is no corresponding record in Salesforce CRM, meaning Playbooks can't find any record matching number. If there is a matching record in CRM it will bring up the record.
