Open Salesforce Cloud CRM Contact Record for an Inbound Call

Overview

When taking inbound calls in Playbooks you might find it convenient if a corresponding Salesforce Cloud CRM contact records open when a call reaches you.

Information

Once an inbound call comes in, being answered, and the number is associated with a record in the Agent's Playbooks - you can click the SF button in Playbooks to open that record in SF.

Note: If Salesforce Cloud isn't appearing - it means there is either no corresponding record or caller ID is hidden.
