Overview
Previously, you were able to see when your call was being recorded. For example, a week ago you may have seen a little red dot, but today you cannot see it. You are wondering why you are no longer able to see when calls are being recorded.

Most likely, your admin has changed visibility settings for your permission group. For example, if you have the Manual Start/Stop Recording permission, you will be able to access call recording functionality. If this permission is removed, you will no longer be able to view or change your call recording status. Talk to your admin for more information.
