Overview
You are using the dialer to make ad-hoc calls to contacts not enrolled in Plays. However, those calls are not syncing with your CRM, so you are unable to correlate them with the contact or account within your CRM.
Solution
Manually using the dialer will not attach the call to the contact in question. As a workaround, make sure that you are using Click-to-Call directly from the contact, which should be tracked successfully.
