Overview
You have marked yourself as Inactive in Playbooks but calls are still coming through and you want to know why does it happen.
Information
When you set your status to Inactive in Playbooks, you will no longer receive calls that are coming to a Call Path (rep queue) configured in your company. Calls that are coming to your Direct Inbound Number will be still routed to you in Playbooks.
