Audio Delay during Phone Calls

Overview

You might be experiencing delayed audio during Playbook calls.

Solution

Audio delay can be caused by a telephony service provider, e.g. Avaya. Check if you are getting the same audio quality by calling directly without Playbooks. If the issue persists, then the problem should be escalated to your telephony provider.
