Overview
You have a rep located in Australia who is trying to use the local presence, but calls are not dialing. And you want to know if there is a local presence for Australia (or any other country).
Information
This issue may happen if you do not have a Local Presence bucket assigned for Australia (while you may have Local Presence enabled for another region, e.g. the US).
The Local Presence feature is available for Australia as well as most of other countries worldwide. However, you need to request a separate Local Presence bucket for Australia or another region needed for you - please contact your Account Manager as described in the article Requesting Local Presence (LP) Bucket to get a new LP bucket assigned.
If you want to check for which countries local presence numbers are available for your organization, you can request a list of all Local Presence numbers assigned to your account.
In the meantime, the affected rep can change their Caller ID to their Agent number or a custom number to be able to make calls.
