Robot unenrolls records from Playbooks but does not update Salesforce record "Play Status" to "Unenrolled"

Overview

You have a robot to remove Account records from Playbooks, but the records in Salesforce still have a Playbooks Play Name value and the Play Status field remains unchanged. Salesforce shows records' Play Status as "Success" or "Failure" and related Playbooks fields are not updated after unenrolling those records from Playbooks.

Solution

This is intended behavior. If a record is marked as "Play Successful" or "Play Failed" within Playbooks, then even if it is removed from Playbooks, the Play Status field will remain the same in Salesforce. Unenrolling the record will not change the status to Unenrolled.
