Overview
You are wondering if there is a way to specifically view contacts that have been enrolled in a Play but have not been emailed yet. For example, you may have recently imported contacts from Salesforce into a Play whose first step is an email, so the Play does not start until you send the first email. You would like to find the Plays that have contacts enrolled but have not yet been emailed.
Information
The easiest way to view this information would be to sort by play and step in the Tasks view. To do so, follow the below instructions:
- Click the Menu button (Playbooks logo)
- Click the Tasks view.
- Click the Sort by dropdown.
- Select Play and Step.
This should show you all due tasks, listed by play and step number.
