Installing The Playbooks Dynamics Managed Solution

Overview

When setting up the connection between Playbooks and Microsoft Dynamics, you need to install the Playbooks Managed Solution to have the required fields added to your CRM for data created in Playbooks to be properly synced with your CRM.

Prerequisites

• You must be using Dynamics Enterprise Edition.
• You must have a Full User license.
• General Requirements:
  • Minimum Requirements to use Playbooks
  • Email Requirements 
  • Network Requirements 

Solution

1. Download the Playbooks Dynamics Managed Solution.
2. In Dynamics, navigate to Settings > Customizations > Solutions.
3. Click on the Import button, then browse to the Playbooks Solution you have downloaded.
4. When prompted, click Next and click Import.
