Overview

When you are working from your personal records, you can set and change the sort order, allowing you to work through records in any order that your shared sorts allow for. However, in working Shared Records, you don't have the ability to see or set the sorting order that is used. You want to have multiple custom sorts to switch between that apply to Shared Records, or the ability to filter by different Plays.

Information

Currently with Shared Records, the sort order that is used is set by the administrator on the team-level and cannot be edited by the end user.

This behavior cannot be configured yet in the Playbooks environment. Since this feature has been logged as an enhancement, it will be considered for future releases.
