Can I send a play to my colleague, teammate, or another user?

Overview

You are working on a Play that you may want to share with someone else, so that they can work on it as well or instead. You are wondering if there is a way to send them the Play.

Solution

There are 2 options available:

• You can share a Play with a team if your Manager has enabled Share Plays permission for your Permissions Group(s).
  
  1. Open Playbooks.
  2. Click the menu button (XANT logo).
  3. Click Plays.
  4. Click the vertical ellipsis to the right of the Play name.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Click the Select Teams drop-down menu.
  7. Click the check-box next to the Teams you want to have/remove access to the Play.
     NOTE: The check-box will be yellow when Teams have access to the Play.
  8. Click SAVE.
• You can export the Play from your Playbooks Plays as a .play file, and then share that exported Play via email or other file sharing method. The other person can then import the .play file to continue working on the Play that you shared with them. See Exporting and Importing Plays for more details.
