Using the Click-to-Call Feature

Overview

You can call prospects outside of your Play cadence directly from your CRM by using the Click-to-Call feature. This article describes how this is accomplished.

Prerequisites

  • The Click-to-Call feature has been enabled.

Solution

  1. Open Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  2. Navigate to the prospect record
  3. Phone numbers should be displayed as clickable links. Click on any phone number. 

Testing

After the phone number has been clicked, Playbooks will open and automatically dial the prospect for you. From this moment on, the call can be managed from Playbooks.
