Cannot call or dial out to international country using Click-to-Call

Overview

You are trying to use the Click-to-Call function to place a call to an international country, such as from the USA to Canada, but you are unable to dial out that call.

Solution

Ensure that the Calling Territory setting is enabled and configured. This setting can be enabled by a user following these steps:

  1. Open Playbooks App.
  2. Click the menu button (Playbooks Logo).
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Click Phone.
  5. Navigate to Select Calling Territory By Countries section and click Edit.
  6. Add and order the countries as desired.
  7. Click SAVE.
