Overview
Similarly to how you can create and use a pre-recorded voicemail to automatically respond to customers once you have been sent to their voicemail, you are wondering if there is any functionality within Playbooks to use a pre-recorded voice message to automatically respond to customers once they have answered the call. For example, you might want to play a pre-recorded message to tell a receptionist that you would like to reach a certain person.

Unfortunately, no such functionality exists within Playbooks. The only pre-recorded message functionality within Playbooks currently is for voicemails only. You may want to look for such functionality externally, such as via a soundboard application connected to your softphone.
