No number is being shown in playbooks to dial from

Overview

You have been trying to update your guest phone numbers to get them added to Playbook. After making one call, you tried to sync the number, but it has not been added properly to Playbooks. This happens with every guest you pull - they are not synced to the Playbooks.

 

Information

When this happens, make sure you check the field that Playbooks is pulling from Salesforce. If the field in Salesforce is not populated, there will be no number to sync with Playbooks as well. For example, if you are syncing the ISDC Home number and this number is not populated in SMART, then you will get no numbers to dial from in Playbooks.

You can solve this by updating the record in SMART
