Overview
You find yourself unable to add contacts to Playbooks. When using the Add To Playbooks button from the contact record, Playbooks gets stuck and fails to finish loading.
Solution
Disconnect and reconnect your Salesforce CRM. This should resolve the issue. See Disconnecting Playbooks From your Salesforce and Connecting Playbooks to your Salesforce for more information on how to do this.
If this does not resolve your issue, contact support for further investigation.
