Where does Neural Score get its data, and how does it work?

You want to know which data Neural Score is based on. You are also wondering what happens when there isn't any data to compare.

Information

Neural Score generates a basic score based on data that Playbooks has, known as Buyer Intelligence data. Neural Score models consider things like title, lead source, known Buyer Intelligence data gathered from other contact attempts, and other demographic and firmographic data.

If there is insufficient data, then no score will be generated.

As a Playbooks customer, if you have a large amount of additional Salesforce data, you can pay for custom models to be built from and trained on your Salesforce data. In those cases, Neural Score will use your custom-built model instead of the baseline model.
