Records Unenrolled by Playbooks Admin or Removed from Playbooks Unexpectedly

Overview

You might notice that records like accounts are being unenrolled  by Playbooks Admin or automatically removed from Playbooks and you are not sure why this started happening.

Information

This might be a result of Robot automation removing records meeting certain conditions, e. g. with a certain status in Salesforce, like "Closed". If a robot has removed a record from Playbooks, it will be marked as Unenrolled in your CRM by integration user (e.g. Playbooks Admin).

  1. Check robots configured for your company in Playbooks and find the ones that have the Remove From Playbooks action selected.
  2. Then check the filter criteria for each of these robots to see based on which field the records are removed.
Also, you can temporarily disable the robots configured to remove records to see if the issue goes away.
