Overview
You are using the LocalPresence feature to set your caller ID to a local area code when calling your clients. However, your clients tell you that when you call their phone a warning labels your call as "scam likely". You want to know why this is happening, and what you can do to stop it from happening.
Information
The "scam likely" message is a label that is being applied by your recipient's carrier. There is nothing that Playbooks can do to avoid this labeling.
As a workaround, you may ask your clients to add the number that appears on their caller ID from LocalPresence to their contacts. This should bypass the scam warning on most phones.
