Overview
You may encounter an issue that your personal number is displayed to prospects when you are making outbound calls.
Information
This issue may happen when you have your Caller ID configured to display your Agent Number - in this case, your number to which Playbooks is making calls will be displayed to prospects.
Change your Caller ID to a Custom number or Team default Caller Id. If you do not have permission to change your Caller ID, reach out to your manager to set the required caller ID for your account.
