Overview

You might prefer to enter a direct dial phone number or your own conference call number when scheduling a meeting rather than using GoToMeeting, Zoom, or other call conference tools. This also allows collecting more information about prospects.

You might also want an ability to enter notes into the invite to let prospects know what the conversation is going to be about.
