Overview
You may want to check a call that you scheduled for a certain date (e.g., to see with which contact the call is scheduled) or would like to review all your calls scheduled for the future.
Information
The easiest way to do it is to run a report in your CRM with the criteria Playbooks Play Status equals Scheduled Call and you should be able to see all of your records with scheduled calls.
Alternatively, you can review your scheduled calls in the following ways:
- If the call is supposed to take place later in the day, go to Playbooks Menu > Tasks > Scheduled Calls.
- If the call will take place in the future, go to Playbooks Menu > Tasks > Future - this list will display all tasks due in the next 7 days. Additionally, you can choose a time frame from the Select Date calendar or click Show Next 7 Days to view tasks that are scheduled further in the future.
