Overview
Some of your prospects may request to not call them, and you would like to know how to mark a contact in Playbooks as 'Do Not Call'.
Information
You need to mark the 'Do Not Call' checkbox on the corresponding contact page in your CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Playbooks will respect this setting, displaying a prompt to representatives when they try to call the same contact.
If you do not see the Do Not Call option in your CRM, reach out to your CRM Administrator to change the layout and add this field.
