Overview
You might notice that completing call steps in Playbooks is resulting in missing tasks. Email tasks appear to log without issue but phone calls are intermittently missing or vice versa.
Information
This might be caused by having duplicated/similar records from CRM enrolled in Playbooks. Try searching your CRM by record Name, phone, or our values to confirm that there are no duplicates in CRM which were enrolled and Playbooks might be referring to, which might have been deleted later causing activities not to log properly.
